Swann has been our loyal customer since they purchased one of our Desk customer portal templates. From time to time they contact us for various customizations they want to add to improve their Desk support center.
The requested changes required significant modifications in the Desk customer portal template that Swann had. We changed images and icons, the "Can't find what you're looking for?" area and added a footer. We removed the sidebar from all articles and made further changes to the page layout according to their mockup. The header and menu were also customized to replicate the menu with one dropdown from the main website.
Additionally, we recommended removing the search bar from the menu because two searches would confuse their users. Some links on Swann’s Desk support center were changed so that when users click the “Return to main page” or any of the links inside the footer, they open in new tabs.
